March 12th - March 15th, 2009 from San Diego, California to Ensenada, Mexico and back.

Well we are taking our S-E-A out to Sea for our first ever Health Steward Cruise!
Join dr. Nick and many other Health Stewards from around the world as we head out for a great time of fun, health and personal enrichment. Take time to pamper yourself and get away from the busyness of life. Enjoy relaxing, eating healthy gourmet meals, sitting beside the pool reading or having a great time burning some calories!
Come celebrate the gift of health and life with other likeminded Health Stewards. dr. Nick will be leading some seminars and we plan on doing some fun and enriching group activities.

Ocean View Cabin:

Note: Since the cruise line changed our original itinerary, each cabin will receive a $25 onboard credit upon registration.
Based on availability, there is also a free upgrade for our group from the lower deck to the Empress Deck which is the best upgrade available.

Currently, the Reservation Deadline of October 29th has been lifted and extended most likely until the beginning of January. Sign ups with a $100 deposit per person will continue to be taken until either cabins sell out or until notification is given.
Final Payment is due by Monday, January 12, 2009.
